PRODUCT DELIVERY
Will my products be mailed to me?
You will receive digital files of your purchased templates via a download link. You will not receive any kind of physical product, such as a disk or actual cards, by mail.
How do I get my download link?
Our products are available for immediate download via email. As soon as payment clears (note that PayPal and Credit Cards usually clear within minutes; however echeck payments take 3-5 days to clear), you will receive an automated email with a download link.
What do I do if I haven't received my file(s)?
If you have not received your download email within the proper time period, please check your bulk/spam folder or email us through the contact form above.
How large is the download?
Many of our products are quite large in size and take awhile to download. Please wait patiently as the download is in process to avoid damaging the file.
With what programs are your templates compatible?
Most templates are compatible with Adobe Photoshop 7, CS, CS2, CS3, CS4, CS5, and CS6 along with all versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements. Please keep in mind that some modifications may not be possible with Adobe Photoshop Elements, particularly early versions. Our instructions are written for Adobe Photoshop CS versions, and some advance knowledge and experience may be required in order to work effectively with Adobe Photoshop Elements. Please read each product description to be sure your software is compatible with the template.
What is the best way to store my templates?
We highly recommend that you save your templates to (in addition to a hard drive, due to their high failure rate) an online storage location such as DropBox or burn them to a cd/dvd.
My hard drive crashed and I don't have a backup? Can I get my templates again?
In order for us to resend your templates to you, please email us through the contact form above with your order number(s) and/or order date(s) and we will do our best to resend your templates to you. (For orders place prior to May of 2011, we require your order number, order date, and the name of the templates that were purchased in order to resend your templates.) Templates that have been discontinued or redesigned may no longer be available. Please allow up to 48 hours for your templates to be resent after the above information has been provided to us.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
When you check out, you will be directed to complete the paypal process. After you submit your paypal information, you will automatically be re-directed back to the shop where you can enter your code and finalize your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal for its ease of use and security. When you click on the PayPal button to pay for your order, you will have the option of paying with your PayPal account or with a credit card.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are not offered even if you discover that you do not have the appropriate software and/or experience to work with the templates. Please be certain you are ordering the correct products.
May I purchase a single template from a set?
At this time, individual templates that are only included in sets/collections are not available for individual purchase.
PRINTING AND USAGE
Where do I print the templates?
Our templates are designed to particular vendors' specifications.
- Albums: Our 10x10 album templates are sized for AsukaBook's 10x10 book bound, hard cover albums and some for Bay Photo's 10x10 books. However, you may customize your templates for virtually any square album (10x10 or smaller) offered by other album vendors. It is your responsibility to check with your album vendor for their specific sizing requirements.
- Press Printed Products (including: cards, bookmarks, accordion mini books, image boxes and cd/dvd cases): Our press printed products are sized for printing through WHCC and some through Bay Photo. When printing with other vendors, be sure to contact your preferred lab or printer for exact file specifications. Some modifications may be required, such as re-sizing or moving text or other design elements, depending on the lab's specifications. Again, please be sure to check with your lab regarding any questions, as we cannot be responsible for printing errors.
- CD/DVD labels: The cd/dvd label templates in our Office Template Sets are sized to mpix pro's specifications.
- Pricing Sheets and Newsletters: Pricing sheets and newsletters may be printed on any consumer printer. Newsletters templates are also sized for using electronically with Mad Mimi (a free or low cost email service).
Additional popular professional labs in the United States (other than those mentioned above) include: Millers, Color Inc Prolab, and ProDPI.
What if I discover that you've made an error in your templates?
We do our very best to check for any kind of errors, such as design, spelling, grammatical errors, and the like. However, we ask that you check your template very carefully before sending it to your printer. We are not responsible for such errors, but we do invite you to alert us to any errors you encounter.
What am I allowed to do with my templates?
We have very specific rules regarding the use of our templates. Please visit our Terms of Use section to learn exactly what is permitted regarding using templates purchased from Photographer Cafe.
How do I use my templates?
Detailed instructions for using and customizing your templates are included as a pdf file with each template download and may also be viewed in our Instructions section.
